Hello. That’s not Aguada Fort but the tower of Saint-Augustin’s monastery now in ruin. It has been built by Saint Augustin friar in 1572 AD and thereafter abandoned due to a a ban by the portuguese government. The tower has been collapsed later. It’s in Old Goa in the past capital of Goa.
