Stone Chariot, Hampi

The Stone Chariot of Hampi is probably the most famous icon of the Vijayanagar Empire. Located near the Vittala Temple of Hampi, the Stone Chariot is actually a shirine of Garuda , the vehicle of lord Vishnu.
